Turn off missed calls

Hi All,

I have quite a few OXO installations with phones that are in common areas and equipment rooms that have the MW light constantly flashing.

These phones have no VM so it is missed causing this.

The question " is it possible to turn this feature off " is it class of service controlled as a feature with a strange frenglish name.
