How to install Nomadic Mode & Celluler Client of OXO

Dear All

I want to know how to programm of oxo following features

1. Nomadic User
2. Celluler Extension

Please explain me how to config above featutes......

Dear All

I tested Nomadic User R 5.1 ...Its perfact worked...
So I want to test R 3.1 ... but I selected user & need to be selected nomndic user ( Central Servises)
My user facility clicked but Central Servises Tab is Blade ( not Apperead)

But 6.1 oxo manual clearly mantioned .........from R3.0 Nomadic User can be used

Pls explain me ......its working R 3.1

Central Services was only available from R4
