Does anyone can help me with my Problem. I was advice to have software upgrade on my OXO without performing LOLA. Can anyone give me a manual if what is the proper procedure in software upgrade? Thank you...

In OMC - you have Help - read about Tools/ Software download. May be this info will be enough.
