How to retrieve IP SMDR ( Call accounting over IP ) from OXO

Hi
I have enabled the license for call accounting over IP and I need to give the CDR information to the customer in viewable format. Can anyone please give me solutions for the following questions.

1. What are the parameter need to configure in the OXO pbx for IP CDR.
2. How to retrieve the CDR file from the OXO pbx.
3. If third party software is available to FTP the CDR file then where I can download it.

Hi Kannan.

1) At the path Metering / Metering activate External accounting activation IP.
2) You have to use the OLD driver to retrieve teh data from OXO.
3) I dont know but you can doit with the OLD driver thats all you need.


Be sure the OXO have Call Accounting over IP licences.

Hello Friend.
The OLD driver, is and "driver" application, designed for Alcatel to retrieve the accounting tickets from the OXO throug IP. I repeat, it is very emportant (neccesary) to have accounting tickets trough IP licences.

Tenemos un proyecto con varias PBXs OXOs y OXEs.
Nuestro tema es desarrollar un conector para colectar los CDR (SMDR) via IP. Ya resolvimos para las OXE (puerto 2533) y estamos buscando una solucion para los OXOs.
Sabes en donde podemos encontrar documentacion sobre CSTA / APCXOffice ?
Nuestro software de billing esta en Unix /Linux.

The OLD driver converts the data from the OXO to an xml file. Find a program to convert the format to a readable format or buy software that can do it for you.
