Hi all,

I am doing configuration on the R7.1 OXE.
It is found that when i call from external , i can hear music on my cell phone when press on hold
However, there is no music when there is internal call

Any idea , what to check

voice guide are them sotroed on vg, gpa or cpu board

Firts of all, The systems is OXO or OXE, you open this consult in OXO forun but mention an OXE systems, so, Wich systems it is?

If the systems is OXO, the MOH is it NOT reproduced during INTERNALS calls, only externals (incoming or outgoing).

If the systems is OXE, oppen the question on the right forum (OXE) so this way we dont mix the forums.

Another suggestion, before open a question like this, search in both sites OLD and New AlcatelUnleashed; I am sure, this kind of question are already answered many many times.
