Analog Interface Port SLI

Post by luis.molinas »

Hi,

I am experiencing a problem with the port analog interface board, usually when an internal extension this free, lifting the tube gives you continuous tone for unwanted calls. I have some extensions that by lifting the tube gives a busy tone but can call an internal extension desired, but this failure disables the SIP communication to call for an extension of another PBX2. This occurs only in the main PBX1.

Can anybody tell me if there is any way to reset the port or because I'm having these problems?

Greetings and from already thank you very much!:)

On analogue extensions busy tone indicates that it has a feature configured. Check out if that extension is locked.

thanks for your answer

As I can unblock the port? because creating the same extent in other port is solved the problem of extension. But creating a new extension to the port problem, the problem persists. Now I have several ports can not use

Internal numbering plan --> Lock/Unlock. Check there wich preffix is programmed and then from that extension dial it + password.

Hi elkiwi,

Actually the problem I have is that my extensions are blocked .. well, now when I enter the password you think is "0000" by default, does not accept. Within Subscribers / basestations List -> Z set -> parameters -> passwor -> reset the pass and also does not accept me "0000"
There is another default password?

The defeault password for OXO extensions isn't 0000. Check oxo manual. I think i can't publish it in the forum.
