Problem with IPTouch 4018 "Transfer"

Hi all,

One of the options is IPT4018 keys "transfer" and I have the following problem, I received a call and I wish to transfer to another extension IPT4018/IP shows me on screen "transfer rejected." This problem occurs to me only with IP phones. The option to transfer me works well with Analog Set with Flash option.

Now check the basic settings and also persists preoblema.

Check if you have at least two the General Resource keys programmed on your set.

Hi Luis,

Check MF transparency is selected in the feature rights of the set. It is so then disable/uncheck it. The transfer should work.

4018 doesn't receive a transfered call or doesn't allow to make a transfer from it?

I can not transfer an incoming call and outgoing call, it shows me a message "transfer rejected"
