Music on hold change over

Hallo

Please help I need to change our music on hold back from external to internal as our radio failed
please explain how to do it I forgot

Hi Vantheman,

Go to System Miscellaneous --> Messages & Music --> Music on Hold --> Music Source --> Change to Default Music

Hello, I have a question,

The operator telephone (4039) is aviable for conference, if the operator has a conference activated and receives other call, the conference is put on Hold and conference participants heard the music on hold, How can i do the conference partipants don´t heard this music?

I know the music on hold parameter can be configured in System Misellaneous/Feature Design/ part 3. But this modification is for all system. Can I set this one in a particular extension?

No.
Operator can connect participants of conference, and then answer incoming call.

ok. Thanks, other question,

Can I (operator) call an externall number, then call other external number an make the transfer between this external number and i can get out of the call???

But if both external lines are analog lines, this is not so good. You must allow Busy tone Detection, but this is not always working and lines don't release. Better to have one or two ISDN or IP line.
