I want incoming trunk to ring "all" phones on a 4200c...

I added all extension to one group and tried to let the incoming trunk ring this group but only the 'main' extension will ring when receiving a call :confused:. If I call the group all extensions will ring without any problem.
Where can I find this ? Any help appreciated !

I think you have to change the type of the hunting group from sequential to parallel.

Hi Danny,
You have to dyn route attendant group to huntgroup.Or you can set it up in the numbering plan that it rings straight to hunt group.

It has been a while but you should be able on UA sets to program a general monitoring key and on Z's tick the option for general monitoring in the virtual keys, this should make all sets ring on an i/c call
When I was a boy of fourteen, my father was so ignorant I could hardly stand to have the old man around.
But when I got to be twenty-one, I was astonished at how much the old man had learned in seven years.

incoming trunk ring all the memebers of a hintinggroup

Post by telecom »

in my example is huntinggroup nr 501

Go to numbering
public numbering plan

fill in huntinggroup
start = group number = 501
end= groupnumber = 501
base= groupnumer = 501
eg 501 501 501

than go to your trunkslist
select trunk
call.dist
fill in your huntinggroepnr. (eg 501)

you can do the same with subscibers
and alltraffic of that trunk will go to your huntinggroep

dear regards
