On the remote site (192.168.2.0) you need to configure the DHCP server with option 66. That option 66 needs to point to 172.16.1.246 (or whatever the IP of the OXO is). Make sure you are using 'dynamic' and not alcatel dyn' on the phones.

You access the config of the remote phone 1 by 1 (a lot more work) and you configure them with a static IP (192.168.2.something) mask and gateway, and you manually set the TFTP as 172.16.1.246

1 - For DHCP option 66, is it necessary to configure a VLAN on my remote site? My router is handling that.
2 – I prefer this option because I only have 5 phones on the remote site, but it’s not working — I’m getting a 'no TFTP response' message. On my main site, I think there’s a missing route from the 172.16.1.0 network to 192.168.2.0.
