For clarification :
This HG was not a network huntgroup, it was a local huntgroup in the OXE that we have removed. But we used to dial this as a network number from other nodes and now we are unable to delete it.
Unable to delete/modify the prefix
Re: Unable to delete/modify the prefix
If HG - was not a network hunt group - in this case PBX must allow to delete prefix.
Question - can you reboot PBX?
Some times was situation - prefix (user, TG access) - not shown in mgr/4760. When we try to use this number - PBX reject request (this number used). After shutdown was no problem.
it was problem, when from HDD database object was deleted, but in RAM - present.

Re: Unable to delete/modify the prefix
Yes I rebooted, even after reboot prefix is still there and I am unable to delete it.
Re: Unable to delete/modify the prefix
Prefix present in Translator/ Prefix plan, Numbering plan - or in Hunt Groups too.
Re: Unable to delete/modify the prefix
yes check under hunt groups may be still existings
can you also post the prefix data?

Re: Unable to delete/modify the prefix
The prefix is only present in Translator/ Prefix plan, Numbering plan not in hunt groups.

Re: Unable to delete/modify the prefix
Node Number/ABC-F Trunk Group : 16 │ 16 is node number or abc-f trunckgroup one ?
try to change type from HUnt group to station and if 16 is abc-f trunkg change network number from O to another one 10 or something else and try to delete
f i remember 0 should be used for abc-f network with private abcf link not trunkgp

Re: Unable to delete/modify the prefix
This is not ABCF trunkgroup this is ABCF internode link
Re: Unable to delete/modify the prefix
[quote="Xero"]Hi all,
We had 3 nodes of OXE, in one of the node we had a Huntgroup and in other 2 nodes I have a network number prefix routing to that huntgroup. The problem is that, for some emergency purposes we shutdown and removed the node where huntgroup was located, and now we are unable to delete or modify the network number prefix from other 2 nodes. We want to use the same prefix number for something else.
so node N° 16 was removed frOM NETWORKING MEANS REMOVED from management in each member of the network at x25/node of network, right?
what about to recreat it again and try to delete the prefix before?
may the broadcast doesn't find the concerned node
