HI,
I'm very in OXO, With OXO R5 ACD
I had create 3 agent and 1 supervisor
All 3 agent work fine, But supervisor could not make listening to each agent

I did many CCD in OXE and every thing look difference from OXO

Any one has experiance please advise

I found that No Listening feature on OXO
The only way is intrusion but problem is Intrusion generate beep sound
Can any one help to disable this beep sound

Download the documentation "noteworthy adresses". There you can find a guide to change the ringing in OXO. On The last sites there is an chart and there you can find a entry with the name "std_intr_tone" or "red_intr_tone". I Think when you change this, the intrusiontone will be diabled.

I think, that exists more simple way: change label FlgIntTon to 00.
IntruConf must be at 01.
