i want to know a short way of making a trunk free ( ie if a trunk is showinng busy and need to be relaesed).
am really confuse. as

What do you mean by make a trunk free ?
Well.. I would suggest to reboot the DPT1 :-)

If not, you can still delete the time slots ... and recreate them..

if you mean to reset a certain trunk in case of NDDI there is acommand called 'reinit', this can be used to reinitialise some terminals on boards, also handy if termstat does not work.
