Alcatel Unleashed

I have an issue with an OXO compact, whereby the first incoming call of the day does not show the proper CLI (only shows Line 01 calling). I have verified this by plugging an analogue handset directly in parallel with the PSTN line at the MDF (and this handset DOES receive the CLIP when the Alcatel handset DOES NOT). Yes the CLIP box is checked under External Lines.
Any subsequent calls throughout the day all DO receive CLIP ok.

Software running is 610/038.001
Does anyone have any thoughts on possible config causes?

Seriously though, that's strange. You have done the proper testing, my guess is you got a bug in there somewhere.

Can you reproduce this in a lab? I don't keep up with Office releases but try the latest GA release and see if it persists.

Anymore with Alcatel, I upgrade before I spend much time troubleshooting.
