Overflow on busy or no reply to the attendant

i hope you can help me
my customer will an Overflow on busy or no reply to the attendant. he configure in the Associated Set No. the number of the attendant group call and become an error
if i configure in the Access cos of the User : DID Overflow on free set and Incom. DID hold on busy set YES or 1 then the call overflow to the entity of the user? is this correct ?
i hope anyone can help me , i am in holiday and will help my customer
