I have this problem, OXO PBX has "X" external lines connected to a voice gateway. When there is a call, OXO don't show the number (by the way, CLIP is with check in list of access...all ports).
When I connect a phone in this gateway I can see the number and also when I trace this call on my PC.

Now, public operator tried with 2 gateways and one of them works OK (both can see the number with a phone connect in it). At the moment customer is working with another public operator (another gateway) and it doesn't see the number.

The questions are:

1. Why i can see the number in both voice gateways with a phone and just one with OXO?
2. What is happening between gateway and OXO? Incompatibility????
3. Is there any Noterworthy Addresses that i need change, maybe timers???

hi,

Have you verified the type of protocol that sends the ID to OXO? I think that can be a compatibility problem where the phone works with two protocols (DTMF and FSK) and the OXO works only with one (FSK). Try to use a DTMF to FSK converter where the OXO doesn't work fine.
