VPCPU

Post by braulioi »

This weekend I tryed to make an upgrade (from OXE and Voice mail) for a customer but I had been a troble with the voice mail.

I prepared on test equipment a VPM35 board from the voice mail, but the customer has a VPCPU board with MSBI connect.

--> I never found where change the IP direction

--> I never found how to make a backup with all the voice mails form the users.

because the main menu it´s different than VPM35

can you help me??

I attached the main menu in text file.

What release you going from and too? If you are going to Release 9 VPCPU's are not supported. See attached documentation. You must not use VPCPU as it will not work.

Just re-read what you need. See attached file. It has full details on Voicemail. Also it is option 22, the reason why it is said as not used as it prevents untrained people messing around with the voicemail, like customers who want to have a play with it. I have come across that before with customers breaking their voicemails because they like to change3 something ans see what happens.
