Incoming Analog Trunk Call keeps on ringing

Hello,
I've experienced this problem when a call is received from an Analog Trunk (NDDI) and was transferred to a local. The set that had received the transferred call still rings even though the caller already hung up. I also have simulated it on our lab system and had already modified detection of on-hook tone. Please help.
Regards,
ccube

When you transfer call and called set have ring - incoming line placed on hold and PBX send music on hold - in this case you can have problem with "on-hook" tone detection (busy tone and MOH or hold tone present on line in the same time).

Hi Vad,
The call is not put on hold. The called party (PABX local) keeps on ringing even after an incoming call from an analog trunk had already hung-up. As per ALU on their TC 1181, it is a normal behavior of Analog Trunk Cards. If this is the case, would it be safe to change/lower the values of the On-hook tone under Tone Detector Parameters?

And what's happen if local user ansawer even the exrnal caller has hang-up?
scenarion : the local use will receive the external dialling tone and he will dial as he likes , he will be free and no control and no descrimination rule can stop him

. and welcome to huge bill
i think their no solution for this in release 7.1 i have change lotof parmeters even busy tone detection but no succes. i think you should ask you carrier to send batterie inverssion in offhook
