mgr management please help me to solve this problem.

Check the file: /usr3/manager/mtcl.adm, it should contain string like this:
default.language: "GEA" or any other language you use by default. If not - Fix it.

or try to launch mgr in another language eg 'mgr -l xxx

or try run "mgr" under mtch account
