Internal Call Priorization

Anybody know any way to give priority to an internal call hunging up the call in progress?

That is like an alarm. An extension with a hotline programmed to another extension. The idea is that if the internal destination is busy at the time of the hotline activation that ongoing communication automatically hungs up for hotline ringing.

I tried priority call and alarm bank but they prioritize outgoing calls hunging up a trunk with less priority.
