Hello Everybody, I have a client that has a release 6 OXO (company 1) and has only one gateway VOIP - Grandstream Analogue Telephone Adapter (company 2). I made the configuration of central and ATA but when the call is made, the "company 2" can not hear the person on the "company 1" but the "company 1" hear the person in "company 2". What may be happening?

Check if the same codec are used in the both system. G711, G723... I had a similar problem connecting Alcatel with Cisco.

Check if you have in both sides the correct configuration about gateway and check if you have NAT in some point of the network. The Alcatel-Lucent's voip doesn't work with NAT, if yes you will need to change the rules of gateway to make only routing.
