Hi all,

I have a 4010 set that worked prevoiusly and I have attached it through a Z adaptor to connect a fax machine and now it doesn't work. All the button lights are on and the display shows 'v3.35sv' with alternating asterisks and downward arrows.

They are both configured correctly and I've swapped sets and adaptors and the problem remains. Can anyone shed any light?

Analog set works? If yes - open Z adaptor - you have jumper on board - adaptor used with or without UA set - check position for jumper.

Analogue works and jumpers checked, no joy, any more ideas?

As I remember Z adapter only works in conjunction with 4020 or 4035 (not 4010), or alone.

4035 and 4020 - old TA can be fitted in. But used with any set. What about distant? From TA to UA set not more 3 m.
