Hi All

I have OXO system with OMC
I Configured the AA from system as that :If you Know extention press 1
to help (operator) press 0

but the customer want the message as that:
If you Know extention dial it now
to help (operator) press 0

please any one help me to achieve the customer request.

You must set the parameters AAGrDialng and AAGrtransf to 01 in Other Labels. Then you will be able to dial the extension number and dial 0 to operator during greeting message.

Also you must set "single function AA" = transfer to attendant.
