Hello Engineers,

This is the first time i write something!

I have a problem with the communication between Ip Touch and Dect or analog Phones.....
The problem is the Ip Touch doesn't hear Dect or analog Phones
this problem happens when i move the IP Touch from the CS VLAN to another VLAN....
IP Touchs can communicate even if they are on different VLANs....

Any solution for that?

Thanks in advance!

Looks like a routing problem rather than a PBX one. Check the configuration of your VLANs. One way audio usually comes from routing problems.

Regards.

Is the routing of the int-ip correct. It seems to be that the router were the int-ip is connecting can't reach the vlans.

Thanks all for your concern!

I can communicate between the IP touch phones via different VLANs so I don't think that the problem in the Routing.

Check the gateway config on your INTIP/GD.
