I have a strange situation....when i give " mgr" command i get the below errors:-

Cannot guess what this for...or may be related to database?

your CPU is not running as main nor stby (if duplication )
"RUNTEL" command before using managment

Actually even after the CPU role comes to "main" it still gives the same error.

You have a crash dump message after logon. I think you need to check about this...

You have some corrupt files related to mgr. Reinstall the software. You can load on inactive and make swap.
