4740 Exported report Issue

Hello All,

We are facing an issue with the date and time entries with an exported report from 4740.
The report, in CSV format, gives a single time stamp and varying date types.
Have tried with changing the date formats and applying the control panel settings in NMC. Even uninstalling and resinstalling the software hasn't produced any positive results.
A sample report is attached.
Hope someone has ideas as what to do.

As I remember (long time ago tough) you need to match the date/time format on the PC with the one used by 4740.

Edit report definition - for Date/time field select "custom" (in bottom menu) and select new column width - 18 or 17 (or 16) instead of 19.

Thanks for this support i had one more question can u clarify ?how to expot a repot in excel format in 4740? this was a issue which am facing since 1 month so please help me out of this with detail configuration procedure .please do the needful urgent...
