OXO Voicemail Not Answering

When I dial an extension the voicemail on the OXO for that extension does not pick up. I am able to send a message if I go into voicemail though. How can I fix this?

Check extension's dynamic routing and verify whether voice mail hunt group entry is there alongwith appropriate timer settings.

Thanks. Yes that did work.

I have another question. When an external caller calls into the system the system rings all extensions. I want to leave a voicemail message to extension 100 only. I keep getting "Enter your personal code" message. How can I fix this?
