Implementing SIP conferencig on OXE Enterprise RELEASE 7.1

Hello everyone,
we have this problem:
We trying to develop JAVA (using JAIN SIP API) SIP client which will be used with OXE Enterprise RELEASE 7.1, but we have problem with implementing conference calls. We want to avoid implementing mixing RTP streams in JAVA, so my questions are:
1) Is there a way to initiate full-mesh conference thru SIP?
2) Does OXE support tightly-coupled conference initiated thru SIP?
3) Is there a way to let OXE do RTP stream mixing in SIP conferences?
