Anyone had played with dectdbg ?

I'm trying some commands to clear the screen for example, or send a message on the first line, but it looks like it's not doing anything..

I have tried to play with dectdbg command too (screen, beeper etc) but as Frank said nothing happens.
Anyone knows how it works?

i tried before , its not working .
