No Tickets generated in TAXA file

Hi.
I have a customer which I have just reinstalled the Omnivista Server after many months of no operation due to PC corruption. The Omnivista is running fine now and after synchronization, it is able to grab the latest TAXA files as I've checked in the Omnivista, and realised there's no tickets.

I then check the TAXA files in the OXE and true enough for more than a year there's no call tickets in the TAXA files. Files dated back since mid 2008 has only 1 or 2 tickets in the TAXA files, and there's only 1 TAXA file a day. Earlier TAXAs contains tickets like normal.

Notice the last TAXA file date. Its 09/10/17.
Today is 09/10/19. I did a "account compress" but it doesnt generate any new TAXA files for today.

I've checked the Date and Time of the OXE is correct, restarted the OXE, tried resetting the database using accreset, but nothing helps.

Mmh. It helps not really.
For the moment the following filters are set:
public network outgoing calls
private local outgoing calls
private network outgoing calls
public network incoming calls
private local incoming calls
prioritary incoming calls

You could try to add "Public Outgoing 0 Unit Calls" and "Non-ticketed user" and "Public Incoming PCX Calls" for testing.
Then do some calls and enter account compress followed by accview -tf TAX.....DAT (last file shown with ls /usr4/account/TAX* -rtl)
Is the INTERNAL_TAX process running correctly (see ps -ef)
Other way could be a tax trace but this will be a bit more complex to analyze... :D

After some testing, There are new TAXA files being generated after I do the account compress. There are call tickets inside. But all of them are Public Network Incoming Calls. Below are some examples of the tickets.

Still not showing any outgoing calls.

The t3 was not running correctly - try again but enter killall mtracer before.
Or enter t3, abort it and enter mtracer -ab
Is should show you the messages in clear text.
Uhm? Public access is a ISDN T2, right?
Has any other guy an idea what happens there?

Thanx for the suggestion. The t3 trace works. At least confirmed there are outgoing calls being made.
Yes, the trunk is a ISDN T2.
Checked the tickets, still only showing public network incoming calls.
This is weird.
Any other suggestions that i could try?

Currently I run out of ideas :?

Do a trcterm d <Directory number> on a test-set, make a charged call and upload the trace here.
But I fear it will not give me a new idea.

Or better:
t3&
tuner km
trcterm +d <Directory number>
This should generate a trace including ISDN messages and set signalling.

Config OK, no incidents about accounting - and no TAXA files? I think this is impossible.
Without management description - I think you will have NO answer. Question "I have no TAXA files, where problem" cannot be answered without additional info. (f.e. you have QSIG TG or private TG with network mode=yes - you will have no tickets).
