Sounds like a synchronisation issue to the carrier.
Try to change the sync priority value to 255 and back to the original value for the outgoing trunk access.

Assumed synchro is set on MG2 Board 6 with prio 200:
Set Sync for 2-6 to 255 and back to 200.

Hi Eliott

I tried the way u told me...but all in vain..still the clicking sound is there.

After using this command "infocs" i get the below display

+----------------------------------------------------------------------+
| N_CR | N_CPL | TYPE | N_ACCES | PRIO | SYNC_CLOCK | TG/LK |
+----------------------------------------------------------------------+
| 0 | 17 | NPRAE | 1 | 10 | POT_SYNCHRO | TG:0 |
| 0 | 17 | NPRAE | 0 | 10 | SYNCHRO | TG:0 |
| 0 | 22 | NPRAE | 0 | 65 | POT_SYNCHRO | TG:2 |
| 0 | 22 | NPRAE | 1 | 70 | POT_SYNCHRO | TG:3 |
+----------------------------------------------------------------------+

Hope you can suggest me something on this.

Regards

Sandeep

It just shows you, that the Access 0 on card 0-17 (NPRAE) is synchronizing your system.
Does the behavior changes, if you put the access 0 to Prio 11?
The access 1 sould take the synchro.
Another question - what's TG 2 and 3?
Is there the same clicking sound?
Is the issue still there, if all 4 accesses are set to 255? (only for test and not suggested to do via remote)
Is the issue still there, if you change the NPRA card 0-17 against 0-22?

Hi Eliott
'

TG 2 is Mobile Line and TG 3 is Qsig to Philip System

Ya there is still the clicking sound. I have replaced the cards also.

If i set all the 4 access to 255 still it behave the same.

I tried different Sync Priority but still no change.

I had this once with a terminal on fiber transport solution. CRC was wrong and not detected by terminal equipment. Play with CRC. RAI led was quick flashing during conversation (very odd behavior).

Regards.

Can you capture such a call in G711 using wireshark on the PC using the softphone?
I would give us the possibility to extract the audio and hear the click. (Upload it in the pastebin section)
Maybe it will give us more ideas. For the moment I have no more suggestions for you. :(
In VoIP I had clicking also if the bandwith is too low. What's the network design between PC and INTIP/GD?

I remember a similar issue with Voip where the problem ended being the VoIP daughter boards as were faulty, we changed them and problem solved...
