any body can help me, where i can find GRUB prompt for act 4400 after reboot,because i need it for change root and mtcl password like OXE .

You will never find GRUB prompt because it is

It is not Linux. Hence, no GRUB.

Looks like your HD is going to HD's heaven.

If it is running system you'd better hurry and save DB ASAP.

that`s problem i can`t back up the Database because I loss mtcl and root password, is there any way, how to get the database if I dont`t know the password mtcl or root

You can try "swinst" or/and "mtch" accounts.

still can`t login with mtch or swinst

It's clear that your HD is falling to pieces. Chances are that /usr3/mao directory is destroyed just like /DHS3bin/soft_install.
Do you have any Floppy of 4740/4760 backups of DB?

so sad Alex, we don`t have back up DB on floppy disk

may be, if there is not any solution we reprogram PABX .

Is this production system? Does it function properly now? If yes then may be there is possibility to recover DB.
You can recover root (or any access). Just google for "Alcatel 4400 PBX Hack".

yes alex this system still production and system still running, but we need the password for MAC, this is redudance cpu and one off them corrupt we need to reinstall OS and restore old database but we loss passord mtcl and root.

I an not going to write an instruction how to break passwords.
