Add a key "headset" in the keyprogramming.
To receive automatically the conversation, you can ONLY for internal calls if you turn on the interphony feature.
If you want to do it for external calls also, I believe you have to be in a call center.

? Humm, I'll have to check it, i have an OXE and some users by mistake activate the interphony and both internal and external calls are automatically answered, will check. Interesting comment

You should only get auto answer on both internal and external if the mute key is pushed on the handset

You have mute key - if you press this key, intercom mode activated but only for internal calls. If you press "Headset" key automatic answer will be for external calls too.

I´v already program the "headset" key and answer call arrived to the headset it´s ok.
The problem is they have to push a button, there are not automatic answer for external calls.
Maybe it´s impossible and it works only for internal call.

If you have multiline set, if in multi-line properties "automatic incoming seizure=no" - you must press multi-line key for answer.
But in usual case (you have pressed mute key - led blinking, you have pressed "headsed" key - icon present) - you must have automatic answer for external and internal calls.

Related to this... is there some way to do "paging"??? What I mean is, calling from some set activate voice in loudspeaker of another set.
Just for you to know what I mean, in OXO system this is done by the Broadcast groups, but I couldnt find this feature in OXE documentation.
Thanks.
