deletion of an 4400 extension

i have one analog extension working physically in the system but in mgr or in NMC it is as free number(non existing number.)
But when i try to create the num,ber from mgr or nmc, it says "cql" error.i need to m odify that number or really delete.What can i do now?

check your database runnig a "checkdb" under mgr. see if this corrects the problem, it seems your DB is corrupt, also check your HD.

If above don't work try the following.

Make a backup of the db on your cpu.
login with mtcl
give command: cdmao
give command: fichges force_recover_dico
Database is now re indexed again.
If finnished reboot your cpu.

If this still don't work make a SR and Alcatel will remove your number from the database.
