Hello just to introduce myself, I'm plod, and allthough I have no telecoms experience I find my self administrating our company's alcatel voip box.

I'm not sure if it is a 4400 all I know is it is OmniPCX Office, and I administrate it using PM5 expert. Apologies therefore if this is the wrong place to start asking for support.

When I place the phone system, in restricted mode (or anyone else for that matter) Some of my subscribers, are unable to make international calls, even though they are in international barring group, and can make such calls when not in restricted mode.

Any help would be greatfully received, and/or If i need to provide more information.

Your PBX is a OmniPCX Office as you said, 4400 is a bigger in capacity and facilities.

In Restricted mode you can change the categories for your users. Just go to Modification Typical/Suscribers/Advanced/Barring Link Categories.

Now to see your categories go to Modification Typical/Suscribes/click Barring and you will see you categories. Assuming you have PM5 Easy Plus of course.

Sorry for posting in wrong forum, I have pm5 expert I found the option, in subscribers/basestations list -> subscriber -> barring
