Alcatel 4200E resetting to default everyday.

Hello,one of my client's Pbx an Alcatel 4200E system reset's to default and I understands the AC-1 and CM-1 has to be replaced,I have just ordered AC-2 and CM-1 will they make the system to work normally without resetting it's self ?or is there a way I can replace the CM Memory's and help me out of this,any Idea ?

My tip is to replace the MEB card in front of CM board.
