DISA from area code 914 (NY, USA)

I have a weird problem with DISA configuration. When I am trying to set up automatic DISA access for a subscriber whos number begins from 914, the caller ID is correctly recognized: during test calls on my extension I can see the name that I assigned to his speed dial number for the DISA access. But when the user dials DISA access number he is routed to the voice guide, as if the caller ID were not recognized. I have no problems with other NY area codes.
Playing with prefixes gave no result (9914..., 91914..., 914...).

Can anybody help me?

In some release was problem with external callback translation if f.e. caller ID begins from "9" and prefix for outgoing call is "9".
And next point - if in external callback translation you have some string.
F.e.
91 - delete 3 - add 0,
914 - delete 0 - add 0 and so on.
During incoming call for user 914XXXXX will be used first options (91), not second one.
