Hi... i'm from argentina and i work at a Call Center.

We have a Omnipcx 4400 and i'd like to download the 4980 SoftPhone.

Do i have to get it from Alcatel-Argentina¿? or there is any link to donwload it¿?

Even if you succeed in downloading it from somewhere you need proper liceses (and probably addtional compressor hardware).

Try to contact ticho.rn , he is from Argentina or contact local partner for this.
