How can display calling NUMBER and NAME on 4029 phone?

Hi all,

i installing OXE crystal system Realease 9.0 for Hotel.
But now Guest called reception (4029) it displayed guest NAME only . so She don't know phone number (room number) of guest.

Any one face this issue PLs help how to config that 4029 phones can display both guest NUMBER and NAME on 4029 phones.

You can insert number to name : Room#412_212

As i know, 4029 digital phone can not display both name and calling number. It only can display either name or calling number.
I have opened a eSR for this case.

I have found to do this you need the 4039.

just configure 4039 set type in NMC programming for 4029 set

it's unique solution for this case. even that the phone will wrong display some function keys.

i also face the same problem. name and number will be displayed when using a 4039 but does not work for 3029. so i just changed the phone type to 4039 but installed 4029. but you will face some problems as some feature keys will not display.
