Radio-paging, EMTL, teleCOURIER and sets that ring

Hi
I got this case where when users pages each other the set ring even when the page is successfull.
So I check the documentation, and it says to check the polarity inversion management. Only there does not seem to be any polarity inversion management when the card is EMTL and the trunk type is IACE?
Could please someone send me a clue?
