We have a range of collective speed dials in our OXO, in numbering plan the range is 7000 to 7399, is it possible to make another range. When I have tried to do this it comes back with this message 'number in existing range prefix in new range!'

Any help would be gratefully received.

Probably you overlap with existing prefixes on your system. Check what 7400 for instance stands for.

You need to check your numbering and the base numbers
