Alcatel OmniPCX Office, MS Dynamic CRM 3.0 and Call System

Dear All,

I would like to build a "Call System", Could you give me the list of ISVs who may have the existing implementation that suits an environment where Dynamics CRM 3.0 is integrated to a my current PBX system?

I found on internet G-plus Adapter fror Microsoft CRM (http://www.genesyslab.com) but they confirm their product doesn't support my PBX.

Genesys is an external CTI software which supports OXO and for the other side should support your CRM. But it is expensive

As far as i know OXO also has a CTI embeded under his Omnitouch Call Center.

Hello,

Yes OXO support CTI with PIMPhony software, but PIMPhony doesn't support MS CRM 3.0, could you tell me price of Gplus Adapter for Microsoft CRM.
