Meet me conference through automated attendant

Post by tomy.alu »

Dear friends,
I need an assistance regarding the configuration of meet me conference.
One of our client is having the license to use meet me conference in Oxe. But client need to use the meet me conference through analog trunk lines.
I have tested it by using the Disa facilty through the trunk and by substitution I can access the meet me prefix and join to the conference.
The issue here is client do not want to use disa for meet me conference because they are already using the auto mated attendant with leaves. I want to configure the meet me conference prefix in the Action on DTMF digit in the leave. So that external caller can select the meet me conference prefix by dialing a digit and joining the conference. Is it possible? How can I do it … Or any other solution?
Please help me out to find a solution.
With regard

Tomy

Hi Prasanna.. Thanks for your assistance.

But is there any way I can access meet me conference from external line. Because by using DISA, it is the long procedure. Even By using DISA I need to dial substitution prefix+extension no+ password+meet me conference prefix no+ meet me password. It seems bit long procedure.

I mean I cant directly access meet me conference prefix through DISA. Is it possible?

best regards

yes - using automatic substitution. All the relevant info is available in the documentation that has been made available to you. Please look for the flashing red banner in the top right corner of this screen.
