Dear All,

i using crystal R.9.0 with RMAB for remote maintenance,
I setup for RMAB connect to CBRMA and CPU.
i can local console to RMA by ExA port. and also can dial from remote modem to RMA.
but for both cases whenever i got to "menu/connection/ SyA" then i did NOT get login prompt from CPU.

i still get login prompt from CPU by A0 port as normal


Any one face this issue pls help me ??

It is important that all cables are connected before the rack is switched on.

did You use the right cables?

Check connection (f.e. Red and Black mark for RMAB-CBRMA cabel). Check connectors (on backplain for RMAb board, on both side - may be you have damaged pins.

i found problem in cable connector, it was broken.
