Asterisk to PSTN

I'm having a hard time trying to interconnect an 4400 and an Asterisk server through an PCM2 link. The system works, I can pass calls from Asterisk to 4400 and vice versa, but the I can´t pass an external call (outgoing Asterisk) to PSTN.
Any idea would be aprreciated.

Check connection COS 5 (must be 1 for Connection COS 5-5).

In a previous project I had managed to integrate Asterisk and Alcatel 4400 through PRI E1 QSIG using the PRA2 Card. Without the following thread it would have been very difficult:

Now I have to integrate Asterisk and Alcatel 4400 using the PCM2 card. I would be glad if you could post some tips for configuring the trunk between Asterisk and Alcatel.
