Call Priorities

Please help me to assign priority to calls according to the option pressed during auto attendant playback.

Currently Auto attendant Options are
Press 1 to Place order
Press 2 for Queries & complain related to order
on pressing both options call lands on two different pilots, some times complain management pilot is closed, in this case all complain calls goes to the order pilot, i want to land order calls as high priority on the agents.
means, order calls jumps to agents first then complain calls will be forwarded.
i hope you can understand this...

Don't think this is possible on OXO CC. You would need ACR for this.

I have Alcatel omni PCX 4400 OXE (Crystal Hardware) ... is it possible ?
