CCD Users can't dial 08 or mobile numbers

Hi Guys

I've compared all the COS of the agents, both there extension number, and Agent ID and they match other (non-agent) users COS that can dial 08/07 numbers. There is no specific external plan for 08 numbers so they shouldn;t be treated differently.

Is there something specific to Agents (beyond COS) that restricts the type of calls they can make?

Hi. First I will move your post, it is not posted in the correct place. Then, when Agent is available, it takes the COS from Processing Group. Regards.

The one place I'd missed. I've made the change and all works now.

Aplogogies for logging in the wrong place initally, just finding my way around here. My first experience on this site is a good one. It's Good to find a good forum still out here.
