Dear All,

I have a problem on a 4400 v. 5.0ux with CCD. When the facility enables "Csta Monitored" in Trunk Group, they appear with empty values in the CCS.

Through the command "trkstat" the route, there is occupation of many trunks. The problem occurs both in real-time statistical reports as MS Excel.
Any idea?

Whoa.. R5.0.. You probably need to upgrade to the latest one.. where this is most likely fixed

well I don't rmember this was a problem in R5.0 Ux.

What is the specific patch you are running on the R5 Ux? - maybe you can patch up to last available patch and last avail CCS for that release... (although latest CCS should be compatible)!

The PBX is with the latest patch installed Ah .. what I find strange is that I have another PBX with same version and patch, but much smaller, and this works ...
