Mailbox initialization ERROR 8 “format record not present"

folks,

Is the import feature in Call express, does it work at all ?
I was trying to use that to create in bulk users ( extension number are not consecutives) but it failed, any indication on how to properly use such a tool?

I exported existing mailbox first in a .txt file to have the formatting and then modify thru excel and when attempting to import, I’m always having error message: Mailbox import initialization ERROR 8 “format record not present”
I have callxpress 7.90

Did you save the completed excel file as a .csv?
