Hi All,

I need your advice i got the problem with our customer,

Our usinh voice mail 4645 but right all lines mailbox always busy.

if use command Eva_tool i reset the port all line back to normal but after that always busy.

i got alarm incvisu below:

For 4645 - you need min 8 compressors (MADA1 or MADA3 daughter card, or MCV8/24).
If f.e. you have this card on GD in position 2-0 - you will have problem with 4645 becouse exist problem with compressors.

About compressors - check how many compressors do you have. F.e.
with "compvisu lio" command, "config 1 0 -d" (f.e. to check daughter card state on board 1-0).
You need to have 8 compressors for IP devices - present and works.

Do you have incident like this?

we have 38 compressors total.
24 on GD and another 14 on GA.
both Mada3 board status is IN SERVICE.
please check "compressor info.txt" for detailed.
it's not IN service, because i use vmWARE to capture it for you
anyway the PBX patch on user's customer is g.1503.19a.

no. we don't have this kind of incident,
i just search for approx the last 6 months incvisu (in pbx buffer).

last but not least, please check "exvisu.txt" also,
there are so many backtrace in there,
do you have any suggestion?

As I see from your "compvisu lio" - you have NO COMPRESSORS
Compare with my output. I have "in services" real compressors on GA board and fictive on 18-0.
